In 2022, EiA partnered with MSIM to develop an on-line mentoring programme to recruit black heritage students into the business in the UK. After a successful programme, EiA are delighted to announce that a further programme has been agreed with MSIM – this time with an international focus involving Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and the Caribbean.

In support of the new programme Dan Simkowitz, Head of Investment Management stated:
