Gen Z and Gen Alpha insight from inside and outside your business
We help organisations hear directly from young people, uncover blind spots and turn generational insight into practical strategy, communication and innovation. For over 20 years, EiA has worked with global organisations to bring the voice of the next generation into the boardroom. A selection of that work is below.
Gen Z Insight: from inside and from outside your business
We help leaders listen to voices beyond their echo chamber and discover new solutions behind corporate blind spots and influence strategy.
We do this using innovative approaches that enable Gen Z, in schools, colleges, universities and even within your organisation, to contribute their insights and ideas and help design solutions to the challenges facing your business or industry.
By working through these challenges Gen Z have their own voice and act as a voice for other employees.
We have a proven track record of working with clients on key business challenges in the following areas:
- Engaging with Gen Z consumers: understanding how this generation perceives and connects with your brand.
- Hybrid working design: helping to create a workplace that is fit for the future and, in particular, responds to the challenges of working across home and office locations.
- Talent Pipelining: finding new and innovative ways to engage and recruit Gen Z talent.
- Employee Value Proposition: reviewing and enhancing your global employee brand proposition to attract and retain talent.
- Diversity: identifying new approaches for engaging and identifying diverse young talent.
Looking Outside Your Business
UEFA
EiA worked with UEFA during UEFA EURO 2020 on a challenge focused on providing insights into how Gen Z were consuming live and non-live television and how to raise engagement levels among this demographic audience during the tournament.

The presentation opened our eyes to the value of establishing a direct, unfiltered connection with Gen-Z. It allowed us to identify interests and expectations as we look to improve our engagement with this demographic as a way of expanding opportunities and safeguarding the future

SALESFORCE
EiA designed, managed and delivered a national technology talent programme to increase the number of black graduates applying to their summer internship programme. The graduates showcased their talents to senior executives across the EMEA business.
EiA applicants filled 20% of the offered intern places.
The event and presentation inspired the whole leadership team, challenged our innovators to think differently, and offered up some genuinely new recommendations for topics we should investigate. An inspiring, innovative and compelling presentation that was deeply researched with well thought through recommendations
