For all of us at EiA, diversity, equity and inclusion is a passion at the heart of what we believe and what we do.
We are a diverse team that values diversity, equity and inclusion and what they bring to achieving the best outcomes for every individual, team and organisation.
Over nearly twenty years, we have worked in partnership with global brands and organisations to help them engage with and promote young people from a wide range of backgrounds. For example:
- In 2020, we were central to the investment industry response to the rise of BLM following the death of George Floyd…the first of its kind and at C-Suite level.
- In 2021, we designed and delivered the UK’s first CV-less recruitment process which led to 15 Apprentices being hired – all state educated, 50% women, 60% Black and Asian, 12.6% LGBTQ+, 12% with disabilities. All this achieved without a single CV being looked at.
