Our CEO, Derek Browne, was a panellist on the Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP Black History Month panel. The other panellists were Robert Peston and Charles Holmes from Pollen Street Capital. Derek talked about the impact of AI on Gen Z in the workplace, as well as the lack of understanding senior executives have of their Gen Z employees. Derek said:
