Everyone should have the opportunity to connect and engage with Gen Z as customers, employees and citizens of the future.
EiA has a track record of working with large global brands, helping them gain insights from Gen Z as part of developing their business. However, social enterprises, NGOs, charities and other not-for-profit organisations do not always have access to the funds/budget to enable them to do this.
EiA believes that it is important to use the solutions we have developed to address issues of social mobility, diversity, inclusion and fairness. We want to help inspire and provide pathways to a better future for young people.
We therefore run programmes across the world to fill these gaps as part of our desire to make sure we make a difference for as many organisations and young people as we can.
