Insight from inside and outside your organisation
Some of the most valuable perspectives may already exist inside your organisation. Others come from the employees, customers and consumers you want to understand.
Our proprietary ICAN® and ECAN® approaches help leadership teams hear directly from younger people inside and outside the organisation.
ICAN®: The view from inside
ICAN® equips Gen Z and under-30 colleagues to act as internal consultants.
Participants investigate organisational challenges, explore experiences and questions that may sit beyond engagement surveys, and present evidence and practical recommendations directly to leadership.
We consider those perspectives within the wider intergenerational workforce, not in isolation.
ECAN®: The view from outside
ECAN® brings perspectives from outside the organisation, including Gen Z and Gen Alpha, to test assumptions and inform decisions about employee experience, customers, communication, innovation and growth.
Both approaches can inform workforce and culture decisions. They can also be combined around the same organisational question.
From voice to practical insight
Our programmes create opportunities for participants to research real questions, explore lived experience, develop ideas and present their thinking to decision-makers.
The aim is to help leadership understand not only what people say, but what sits behind their experiences and what practical action could follow.

International generational experience , applied to your context
Our experience across different markets gives us perspective. It does not replace the need to understand the organisation and the people relevant to each challenge.
Supporting Fidelity International’s global digital employee experience programme, EiA brought together employees from the UK, India and Asia Pacific with external Gen Z representatives and senior leaders.
The programme helped leadership understand Gen Z employee experiences and expectations across different markets.
Education and social impact
Through EiA Foundation CIC and Classroom to Boardroom, our education and social-impact work connects young people with real organisational challenges.
Students develop practical ideas, while participating charities and other organisations gain access to younger perspectives that can support their work and growth.
